Payment Policy

• Pay just INR 1000/- and book your package ( (All hotels, houseboats & Transportation will be booked in your name) )
• Remaining balance payment (option) can be made upon arrival.
• Online payments - Visa/MasterCard/Credit Card + 4% on top of the total amount, if bank transfer All Bank charges should be borne by the Customer.

Package Cancellation Policy

• We wont charge you any money for package cancellation due to emergency circumstances.
• You can either postpone the date of travel, instead of cancellation and revised plan will be updated with your concern.
• Any retention charges will be only applicable as per the booked cancellation policy of the hotel/ Resort.
• Refund if any after the Hotel/Resort retention will be deposited to your account.

Terms & Conditions

• Hotels given in the website / offered in the quotation to you are subjected to availability after the realization of your initial payment.
• Raintree Holidays will confirm the hotels only after getting the initial payment from guest.
• If offered hotels are not available at that time, Raintree Holidays will book and give almost similar category hotels with your permission.
• Hotels once booked can be changed only as per the cancellation policy of hotels. All such cancellation charges will be charged to guest directly.
• Normally transportation service is available from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. We never recommend night driving on safety point of view.
• On emergency cases /special cases we provide early / late driving, but it should be mentioned in the final itinerary sent to you.
• In deluxe a/c houseboats, a/c will be operated from 9 pm to 6 am in bed rooms.
• Check in time of houseboat is 12 noon and check out is at 9 am .Houseboat will not make cruise after 5.30 pm till 7.30 am due to safety reasons.
• All guests are requested to give meal plan to houseboat one day in advance to enable them to prepare meals for your trip.
• Cancellation of all packages with the panel hotels (listed in our websites/Itinerary) is subjected to the cancellation policy of Raintree Holidays.
• Cancellation of all other packages will be subjected to the policy of each hotels included in that package.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• A maximum of 2 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/roll-away bed with additional cost.
• Children below 5 years are complimentary, children above 5 yrs to 12 yrs will be charged as per the hotel policy. Children above 12 years are considered as adult.
• Any Loss / expenses incurred by unforeseen circumstances / force majeure - e.g. flight delays/cancellations, road blockage, vehicle breakdown, strikes etc is not covered under the proposed package but we will be with you for any assistance that we can provide you with.
